Material & Workmanship Warranty Information

Riivo guarantees its footwear to be free from defect in materials or workmanship for (1) year from the date of purchase for the original owner. A product recognized as defective by Riivo will be repaired or replaced at Riivo's discretion. Neglect or normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty. Riivo shoes are not designed for extended or extreme climbing, walking or running. A product recognized to be used excessively in this manner will not be covered under this warranty.

 

Fit Warranty Information

Fit issues that cannot be corrected in our workshop are highly unusual. Regardless, all Riivo shoes include complimentary fit adjustment within (90) days of delivery. During that period we will work on the shoes at no additional charge. If there is an issue that cannot be corrected in our workshop we offer two fit warranty options for customers that were molded or measured by a Riivo employee: (A) shoe rebuild at no charge, or (B) refund 1/2 the total shoe price paid. We typically prefer to rebuild the shoes, but allow the customer to choose the option they prefer. The majority of shoes we build are made with customer executed molds or measurements. Shoes built off of customer executed molds or measurements include our complimentary fit adjustment within (90) days of delivery. Because of the high cost of producing our shoes, Riivo is not liable for shoe rebuild or refund for shoes that were customer molded or measured. For a fit warranty claim to be valid the shoes must be returned to Riivo for initial inspection within (30) days of original delivery. The Fit Warranty is valid for the original owner. Rush service & shipping charges are non-refundable and not covered in this warranty. All of our fitting tutorials can be found here.

 

Mold Storage Warranty Information

Most of our customers buy multiple pairs so it is important for us to keep and store molds. The molds make it thru extraction of the first pair in the majority of cases. However, breakage does happen on rare occasions during extraction and during storage. Riivo is not liable for refund or replacement of molds during extraction or storage. On occasion Riivo will reach out by email to all customers with molds in storage to purge unneeded molds.
